Stay natural stay fit

We all are aware of such sayings but when it comes to the actual practice, we fail to work on those. Busy schedule of modern age does not allow providing much care towards health. When the seriousness of the disease is unbearably increased, then people go to doctor to tackle the problem. But, "prevention is better than cure." If we follow few simple steps towards healthy body, life becomes more beautiful than ever before.

Stay natural:

This is the first step towards heath. Nature is the mother of all. She has made us suitable for the natural atmosphere. So, we should follow the natural lifestyle by default. Behavior, intake and work style should be natural.

Eating:

Human is vegetarian by default. The setting of the jaw, teeth, structure of the organs is convenient for vegetable intake. So, try to eat vegetable food. Proteins, minerals, vitamins, and calcium are some important elements for the healthy body which all are available in vegetarian food.

Detox

Those preservatives are injurious for health. These items have very heavy amount of fats, sugar, salt, and artificial preservatives like sodium, emulsifiers, stabilizers, thickeners etc. such elements affect the stamina of the body as well as increase fats that is obesity. There are some starches which are used to soak the water element of meat and they inject into fruits to imitate freshness and scent. So, try to buy fruits, vegetables and meat from certified shops or directly from farmers if possible.

Drinks:

Water intake should be six to seven liters (per day) according to classic model. Pure water in proper timing and quantity solves many problems. Water is natural cleanser, fat absorber and the best skin- care therapy. It is a most natural detox drink. so; drink water as much as you can.

All of us know that tea and coffee are toxins and injurious to health, but, it is really to avoid the craving for them on some special timings. So, you may go for products like lemon tea, herbal tea, green tea, coffee with less sugar and coffee powder.

Alcohol must be in your black list if you want good health forever. But, sometimes it is suggested as medical treatment. In that case follow the suggested quantity to keep yourself away from the addiction.

Cold drinks, packed fruit juices have preservatives. One well-known cold drink production company is recently banned since, there were pesticides found in their cold drink. So, be aware if you are used to drink them as a substitute for water.
Instead of having such drinks, you can have fresh fruit juice. Lemon juice is perfect tool of weight loss detox. Fruit juices, milk shakes can be healthy substitutes for cold drinks.

Use herbal products:

Use herbal products whenever possible. They save you from medicinal side effects. Even go for aromatherapy, naturopathy, instead of other therapies and treatments. They may take more time to cure your problem but that is the permanent solution without any serious side effects.
